It’s a little elaborate but its proximity to a larger house makes me suspect it’s a “ kitchen house.” These were built next to the main house, and were used for cooking during the summer months to help keep the main house cool.

Article below says it was a doctor office and law office at different points. If my doctor office was that cute, I would have much less anxiety going 😂
