Fun note: Illegal strikes are still strikes.

Americans would never. Best they can do is some feel-good rallies.

I would direct you to American history as a refutation of this. We weren't granted the ability to unionize by benevolent bosses - it was a compromise when they got sick of dying.

Yall riot for sports but government, sit down and take it deep into the back of your throat.

So you didn't come across the Battle for Blair Mountain, or Everett, or the Pullman strike, etc. when you looked at history? Folks have gotten complacent since the post-WW2 era and allowed Reagan to strip down union powers but the history is most definitely there.
ETA: also racism. That's been a problem for the labor movement in the US.

Huh. Trump doing illegal things. What do you expect from the Felon in Chief?

i know it is one thing for Trump and his goons to resist court orders but what about the guys that carry out those orders? can't they be held in contempt of the court? I know it may seem bad to punish people for doing their job but when the job is harming others they should bear some responsibility.

In most cases refusal to do something illegal is protected. So I imagine it's like:
"Do [illegal action]"
"No"
"I'll fire you"
"I'll sue you for wrongful termination"
So yeah, rolling with it is complicit, but there's an argument that they felt coerced.

They had promiseed contracts. Just wait until they all realized they're boned. Gonna be a lot of work stoppages.

Every federal worker still at their post should be thinking about striking. Tbh only a mass general strike is gonna save this place

This could backfire hilariously, if the judge determines that those people, due to being fired, no longer are engaged in intelligence, counterintelligence, investigative, or national security work, and are therefore outside the scope of this exemption.
Combined with the freedom of association, this could open up a new union type, which doesn't have the ability to strike, but would be able to represent you in cases such as unfair dismissals.

Call your representatives! Tell them to impeach Trump, and hold new elections.
God knows he’s broken enough laws to earn it. The Republicans in the house and senate must see the writing on the wall by now. Hopefully some of them are smart enough to turn on Trump rather than go down with the ship. Its not like any of them are loyal to anyone but themselves, and they must realize Trump will purge them as soon as he has the power. No congressman is safe once he fully consolidates power.
