I was ready to write a lengthy post why this is not bad philosophy until I remembered the changed sub rules. It's nice to read some easy approachable philosophy of language sometimes.

I’m guessing you haven’t read the new description for badphilosophy. It’s about philosophy of race now.

What matters is how it’s twisted and intended. People are so stuck on semantics to stop and realize that just possibly, there are reparations to be made. If white people think they are oppressed they are manufacturing a resistance to reality which requires education.

All Lives Matter is def not accurate.
As a Hispanic, I can definitely see we don't matter to the media and other White Knights

Read the entire article, and I came back with the intent of asking in which way this could be described as bad philosophy, but I guess the sub has nothing to do with its name anymore. It's great that we're using the audience already here to spread messaging and discuss an important issue, but damn the sub name is really, really misleading now
