This is what I am talking about. Agreements with states like Oregon and Washington for commerce and trades. Healthcare for the tri state area, universal?

Newsom trotted this out during the pandemic and it was just fluff. We can be pissed at Trump and still be real about Gavin being a salesman.

He's obligated to posture for Newsom 2028. What do you expect him to do, secede from the union?
