Well, they’re both dead, so I don’t know who you’re going to put on trial…

I was here before the story was posted, just assumed the two that died were in the vehicle that got t-boned. First part of the comment still stands though.

"It happened around 3:30 a.m. on Louisburg Road at I-540.

According to investigators, a 2017 Hyundai Tuscon, driven by 33-year-old Rashon Jamaal Comb, was traveling north on Louisburg Road. A 2016 Acura TLX, driven by 22-year-old Trinidy Shehabb Amer, was making a left turn from Midtown Market Avenue onto southbound Louisburg Road.

Combs was speeding and ran a red light at the intersection. Amer was hit on the driver's side.

Both died from their injuries at the scene."

Rashon Jamaal made a very poor choice running that red light

Based on that 1 photo the crash probably would have been survivable if he was wearing a seatbelt.

Well at least they can't drive recklessly again. I have a feeling they always drive like that and we're probably under the influence at that hour.

At least it was a quick departure :(

This is awful.

Remember to look both ways before driving through an intersection, especially at night.
I never realized how many cars and trucks don't give a damn about red lights at night until I started working night shift.

Wasn’t funny the first time this was said and still not funny now especially on a tragedy like this

Hopefully you never have to experience the death of a family member from someone else's poor choices. Ass.
