Humor / Meme Shoutout to that Warlock that yoinked Ashbringer from the last Naxx of TBC

Post image

That Warlock in StaySafe’s last Naxx of TBC that yoinked Ashbringer a couple years ago, I guess he was playing the long game because in a few months it will be useable in the Mists of Pandaria pre-patch.

Sweet, just gotta wait for Dragonflight Classic. Shouldn’t be too long now.

Why? The raids were some of the best of all time and you know it will be on a much faster timeline with some added features.

Bold to assume that PvE is my main field of gameplay. Except when it's Legion then yes, you're correct. Though, as a PvP main, faurk WoD. Keep me in MoP foreverrrrrr. I'd rather just not have WoD+ if they can do like refreshes for Cata and MoP every 5 years.

But I know this is unrealistic, I do. Only thing I can see happening is classic stopping at MoP and then it dying after 2 years+ of the final pvp season/SoO release, or they do go to WoD and I just quit until Legion, play that passionately, then quit again because ABSOLUTELY fuck BFA+ even more than WoD. However I did like BFA, when it was retail, but not enough to play it again.

No joke, you might be the first person to ever actually answer with a real reason. Enjoy your PvP!

I actually do think WoD classic will slap, if we get it, which I bet we will if nothing else but to get to Legion. I’ll be shocked if it doesn’t end there though.

The issue was lack of content. Classic gets content faster, plus, they may actually try to restore some stuff, but, I shouldn’t get too hopeful.

Actually the issue with WoD was the first implementation of stat squishing, not that it was a problem with the game because yeah maybe numbers were starting to get too high. Nevertheless, the first stat/number squish and scaling system is what makes WoD NOT Classic. But a serious problem I have with WoD as a pvp player was class toolkit gutting. Removing iconic abilities from so many classes for no reason. It felt like an expansion that got rid of everything that made MoP fucking peak.
