What are people thoughts on how unhealthy LEDs are for humans?
There’s a lot of research where using today’s LED lights which are mainly blue light causes your mitochondria to slow down. The older bulbs are less energy efficient but it has a wider spectrum which includes near infrared and infrared. Using LEDs have benefits of helping climate change.
