Hi guys, my light switch came off and I dont know how to "glue" it back. Also I have noticed some cables have the wires naked from the plastic cover as well as some greenish. Its not my house so I would like to just put it back on place safely. Thanks in advance.

I bought this Dickies backpack secondhand and it has been slowly but steadily losing the inner lining that feels like some kind of rubber material. As you can see the parts without the lining are quite see-through and thin.
Wondering if I can just sew some other material in to replace it/reinforce where it’s ripping? I’m assuming the lining made it waterproof which is nice but not a necessity for me. Anyone know what this lining is, if it can buy it, or a good alternative?
Thanks!

I have multiple broken pieces like these which are of a broken frame for an ice cream display case. Not sure what material it’s made of and what would be the right way to fix the pieces back into place. Will greatly appreciate the help.

Hey guys,
I think the cap of bulb got stuck in the socket. I’m not sure due to color, but it’s really wedged in there. Any idea of what can I do?

The latch broke off this tool box many moons ago. I'm looking for a way to replace it. Note: it's made of plastic, so I'm not sure how well it will take to being drilled.

Any repairmen out there have an idea of what this sound is? I think it’s the bearings and was going to try and replace them. Just wanted help troubleshooting/diagnosing before I attempt to tare it apart. Thank you in advance.

I moved my fridge to the garage as a tenant will be bringing their own refrigerator.
The shutoff valve for the fridge waterline is closed but a trickle continues out the end of the line. I'll address the valve not fully stopping the flow separately.
For now I need to cap the line to stop the leak.
I have a 60" Braided Stainless Steel ice Maker Connector 1/4"COMP X 1/4"COMP that attaches to the water line without leaking from where the pipe joints the stainless steel line (pic left).
I bought a 1/4 in. Flare Brass Cap Fitting (pic right) and screwed it on with teflon tape, but this leaks.
What kind of cap do I need?
Thanks for any help!
My tenant just messaged me saying that there is a panel missing from the side of my house.
Wondering how I get this fixed and if I need to to worry about the internal damage cause of water or something else?
Its connected to a shower head? Without removing the shower head i am in an airbnb and this happened in korea? Please thank you

If it's because it's clogged up, how do I clean them so they lit back up?

I am wondering if using silicone sealant like the one I’m attaching as a pic is best for cracks like the one shown here from my washroom?

After 8 total hours of trying to get this drawer open, and many tears, I did it!! Thank you to all the people that contributed helpful things, no thank you to the people that said “just jiggle it it’s not that hard”… You’re the worst. I didn’t have a drill but I did have a sharp thing and a dream. I hammered it into the drawer until I had a hole big enough for a wire, then I stripped the wire and stuck it through the hole, just far enough to dislodge the scale, and the drawer finally opened!!! Everything inside is shredded because we spent a whole work day shoving things in there lol.

Had a routine AC maintenance visit today. Guy tell me everything looks great, that I might eventually have to replace a condenser because it is over amping and that they’ll give me a quote. Took a nap and then woke up with it being almost 85 degrees inside.
Called the company that came out but they said there’s nothing they can do. Went outside and checked and then found this switch thing pulled out from one of the boxes. Put it back in and the AC unit works again. Not sure if this was supposed to be left out but AC guy didn’t say anything about it. Am I okay to put it back in?

I live in an condo and recently noticed the tap dripping even after full close of handle. How do I fix it? Is it tap or problem of turn handle above. As shown in pic, handle is close position and tap leaks every second water drops.
Ps: handle full 360 left is for hot water

When I first moved into my apartment I discovered a big crack going across one of my kitchen tiles. It is a bit of an eyesore and I'd love to do a DIY fix that blends in relatively well to the tile. However, it's not a solid color and instead has some complex design to it - is there any easy fix that can hide away the damage?

My toilet has been not flushing often, but not always, for 2 days now. It's will fill with water, then slowly drain away. If I do not flush it for some time, it will flush normally.
If I remove the clean out cap on the main pipe in the basement, it flushes normally.
No other sink or shower in my house is having any issue. When I run the shower on the same pipe cluster as the toilet, it causes the toilet to bubble in a pulse every second or so. The shower is the only water source that causes this reaction.
I have run a 3 foot augur down the toilet with no issues, there does not appear to be any blockage.
I've never had an issue like this before. I have checked the vents in our pipes underneath the bathroom and kitchen sinks, and there doesn't appear to be any blockages as far as I can tell.
Any help or ideas would be appreciated.

My manscaped trimmer has stopped working. The only thing I have noticed is that the light in the picture above has stayed on uninterrupted, making me think it could be a problem with the circuit board. Any tips or ideas how to fix it?

Miele U1 Upright. Vacuum runs fine on bare surfaces but the second I kick it over to carpet the motor spins up and then kicks off. Suction is fine (even at the brush head). It will occasionally stay on but doesn’t run smoothly. Is the brush head motor fried? I’m comfortable making the replacement if so but the motor is very pricey so want to be sure before I do.
