Turn around. You should be walking the bar backwards out of the rack. Think about if you were going heavy and struggling to walk the bar blindly backwards into the J-hooks. It's not going to work. Face them so you can see where you're unloading the bar.
You are very far back on your heels. Your toes come off the ground on almost every rep. I'm guessing you've been told not to allow your knees to go over your toes. This is bad advice. I like to point people toward the following video as it tells you to set the torso angle first, then break at the hips and knees simultaneously. I found it helpful early on. https://youtu.be/2SF3aWETf9A?si=LrFu7xvDKBpzCgAC

Hello! If you haven't checked it out already, Our Wiki's resources for Squats may be helpful. Check it out!
Also, a common tip usually given here is to make sure your footwear is appropriate. If you are squatting in soft-soled shoes (running shoes, etc), it's hard to have a stable foot. Generally a weightlifting shoe is recommended for high-bar and front squats, while use a flat/hard-soled shoe (or even barefoot/socks if it's safe and your gym allows it) is recommended for low-bar squats.
