Squat Better, heavier. Thoughts?

  1. Turn around. You should be walking the bar backwards out of the rack. Think about if you were going heavy and struggling to walk the bar blindly backwards into the J-hooks. It's not going to work. Face them so you can see where you're unloading the bar.

  2. You are very far back on your heels. Your toes come off the ground on almost every rep. I'm guessing you've been told not to allow your knees to go over your toes. This is bad advice. I like to point people toward the following video as it tells you to set the torso angle first, then break at the hips and knees simultaneously.
