Product Trader Joe's Gluten Free cheese pizza is awesome
This is the best cauliflower crust pizza I've ever had - and only 5.49 at my local TJs. Almost half the price of caulipower.

Just pulled these cinnamon rolls from the oven. From loopy whisk, it’s the recipe where you pour the cream over them. 10/10

I (21 F) have been gluten intolerant for almost 2 years now. It started when I would frequently get sick with no explanation from eating food. I tried many things to figure out what it was and saw many doctors and gastroenterologists. I thought it was lactose at first, but I found myself getting sick even when I had no dairy. I was tested for Celiac disease, but I tested negative. Another doctor suggested I might be gluten intolerant, so I stopped eating gluten and stopped having problems.
Today, however, I went to a restaurant with gluten-free options, and for some reason unknown to me, I forgot to order gluten-free bread. I didn't realize until I was halfway through the sandwich, and I still am not sick from it. I've been alright with some sourdough in the past (though occasionally I get sick if I eat too much). This bread, however, was without a doubt whole grain. Now, I am questioning everything.
Has anyone with gluten intolerance found certain foods okay? Or perhaps have I been wrongly diagnosed? Has anyone had the intolerance fade? One doctor told me she thought I developed it due to long COVID, which I had two years ago. I haven't attempted eating anything non-gluten in years because I used to get extremely sick when I even had a little. I'd love to know what your thoughts and experiences with gluten intolerance are.

I generally use gf barilla but it falls apart when eating. It also does not save well!
I generally cook pasta at night and have it for dinner then save the leftover noodles for pasta salads for lunch that week. Problem is Barillas gets super hard even when covered in the fridge…..
I need a pasta that tastes good, and holds up well.
Any suggestions?

Gluten-sensitive here so a lot of "no bun please" orders. Was out and about today, thought I would try McDonald's double cheeseburger no bun. JOY! It came in a tray on a bed of shredded lettuce and they had drizzled mustard and ketchup on top. Thank you McDs of all places haha. (Whataburger I'm looking at you and your dry sad no bun burgers)

Found these gems at Jungle Jim’s Cincinnati, OH. Jungle Jim’s had a large GF section!! I have missed pumpkin donuts and cinnamon rolls the most since discovering I can’t eat gluten. It was a jaw dropping moment for me.

I have health anxiety about literally everything and I'm panicking a lot about this. My mother gave me couscous for dinner, she assumed it was safe and did not think to check. I trust her so I also thought it was fine. I had ONE small clump of it before asking what couscous actually was, she googled it, then said it wasn't safe actually. I didn't have much, this was about ten minutes ago maybe?? But now I'm freaking out and worrying over it.
As far as I know, I'm not coeliac. But I do know I have some kind of gluten intolerance. I've not had ANY gluten since like 2021, as far as I know. I'm able to use the same toaster as my parents who are not gluten free without much issue (I did that for 2 years before getting my own separate toaster), so I've been okay with slight cross contamination.
Is this small bit of couscous going to suck ??? Or am I panicking too much

Self explanatory. I haven't had traditional tasting cake that wasn't overly sweet. I ate it in 2 days. I don't think I can ever buy again too dangerous for me

I did a day of volunteering at a local food bank recently, and it really made me think. As someone with coeliac disease, I know how tricky it can be to find safe food even when you’re actively looking for it — let alone when you’re relying on donations.
Gluten-free products aren’t cheap, and with gluten-free prescriptions no longer available in most areas, I imagine it’s even harder for people with coeliac disease who are struggling financially.
It made me realise how important it is that food banks have access to gluten-free options and understand dietary requirements like coeliac. I’d genuinely love to volunteer again and maybe even help raise awareness about this specific need.
I ended up writing a blog post about it if anyone’s interested in the full read.
Would be really interested to hear if anyone else has seen this issue or had similar experiences.

My latest iteration of a simple yeast bread. I think I've nailed the taste, and the texture is the right kind of chewy. I think my moisturizer levels need tweaking still, and I couldn't get it to rise as much as I wanted. I'm hoping that the rising problem is because of the moisture issue, and not that it still needs more structure (๑•﹏•)

The flavor is good and I love the texture. It’s super fluffy. I’m definitely saving this recipe. I didn’t put any dye in the cake so no pretty colors.

I am just starting my elimination diet and found that I'm extremely reactive to gluten. I have so much anxiety about this 33 and I love food! Especially gluten and dairy, both of which give me horrible symptoms all of a sudden!!
How do I get started with this. Obviously I can eat only whole foods but what makes this easier. What has helped you the most on this journey?
I want to crawl under a rock and cry. I know that's dramatic, but damn. This year brought MCAS, POTS, ,TBI, hHEDS, and functional seizures. I JUST WANT FRENCH FRIES AND ICE CREAM!!!!

I have a lot of symptoms of gluten sensitivity but bloating is not really an issue. Anyone else have this experience?
