As a kid who watched the movie my favorite scenes were The Black Knight or The Bunny, but as an adult my favorite scene has become the two peasants that have a casual conversation about government with King Arthur.
I always feel a little bad when I go into stores in my sunglasses, I'm not trying to be rude...I'm trying to not further ruin my already shitty blue eyes! And I don't want to switch between my glasses 100 times a day. Guess I could try transition lenses but I never liked the idea.
My eyes are light grey and I'm very photosensitive on top of that, so I need sunglasses pretty much every building I enter or even when it's fully clouded outside
I found my people. I wear sunglasses that block all the way with little windows on the sides. I can’t go without them and I hate all these LED headlights. I had this one friend at the pool that had never seen my eyes until one day I took my glasses off to wipe them and she goes OH, now I see why you never take them off. They match the pool water.
Mine are green and I had to put my sunglasses on inside of my office because the window was making it too bright in there. I’m very jealous of brown eyes

The person with the prettiest eyes I’ve ever met had dark brown eyes, and if they’d been a different color or even a light brown it honestly would’ve been too much
50 yr old Hispanic delivery driver at my old job had the most beautiful eyes I’ve ever seen. Dude was 60 lbs overweight but those eyes still had the girls talkin
I have similar eyes, just my 2 cents: Check with your son from time to time as he is growing up, the constant attention can be very overwhelming, especially when youre young. Best of luck in your journey.
People constantly accusing me of wearing contacts, then in high school spreading rumors that I was lying about not wearing contacts made me want to wear contacts of a less dramatic color. My eyes have darkened a little as I’ve gotten older.
As a young child it made me feel awkward when strangers would comment.
After the Taliban took over in 2021 she was evacuated to Italy and now lives there with her children. She is in her 40s. She never consented to this photo though, so that look is actually indignation.
That’s wonderful to hear. I remember the documentary, the photographer that took this picture, found her and her family and that was the last time I heard anything about her. I hope he compensated her family with all the money that was made from this photograph.
She went with other refugees that were evacuated so I don’t know, but she never received any compensation for the photo, was married very young, and by all accounts had a hard life. There was a follow up story on her many years later while she was still living in rural Afghanistan that called into question the ethics of the photographer.

You know what’s funny. I know I’m in the minority. But blue eyes, and eyes like these scare me. I have no idea why! I like brown eyes. Brown eyes relax me.
You’re right it is. I saw the original video a few years on TikTok on the guys account. The girl was tagged and they both constantly posted videos mainly focusing on her eyes.
Definitely a setup considering the same 2 types of clips in vastly different places with the camera person’s mannerisms being done up for the camera in the same way. Doesn’t change how annoying the commentary is though.

Poor thing has to keep a baby picture on her phone because of how many people think they are contacts. Having an interesting feature is nice sometimes but I bet most of the time it's annoying.
I have steel blue eyes like this, and I wish I didn't. My pupils are pinpoints, my brows are villainously thin and furrowed, and my mouth is shaped like an upside down U. If I forget to take my Adderall (which subtly dilates my pupils), shape my brows, or force a smile, then I end up looking extremely pissed off, menacing and/or dangerous. Like a wolf bearing down on its prey.
An old coworker once told me, "Those eyes are beautiful…just not on you," and she was absolutely right. While I'm not unattractive, I am not nearly hot enough to pull off such a striking eye color.
Mine are like this, not as intense as hers. But something I've noticed as I've gotten older my eyes are getting worse. I basically have to wear sun glasses whenever there is the slightest glare. Because i get headaches and watering eyes if not. Optometrist reckons it will get worse in my later years, and eventually completely degrade. I reckon I would rather just brown eyes 😆
My spouse has similar eyes. I've seen a number of people become enthralled with them. They are quite striking in person. Even after 33 years knowing her they catch me by surprise from time to time.
