America elected Donald Trump. Twice. Enough said.

Do you really truly believe that’s the only time humans reached that level of stupidity, though? Like REALLY? 😂💀

I think this is the first time 78 million people have made this bad a decision collectively in the history of the human race. Especially considering every single one of them has access to the entire scope of human intelligence in their pocket and the fact that all the data on how bad trump has been and will be for them is available.

Hitler had to play it slow only capitalizing on the most extreme of his agendas once he had absolute control. Trump looked directly at the camera and told americans he was going to take away all of their rights and build concentration camps for anyone who he personally thinks should be there with no trials or courts. He very specifically said he thinks the greatest threat are American citizens themselves and that if elected he would order the military to build concentration camps on American soil to detain and press into force labor American citizens.

I don't think there is a single example in history where that many people voted to dismantle their own rights and protections and give their life, liberty, and body to a dictator who promised to abuse his power to hurt them.

You know what? Yep. I’ll give you that. You’re probably right. Given the population growth and technological advancement… this is most likely, historically, the largest collective practice in stupidity. I have no doubt there are other examples proportionate to the population density at the time. But that’s splitting hairs.

What country are you in, just out of curiosity?

😂🫶🏻 Well… I’m in America… and I may or may not be in permanent existential crisis/dread. I really didn’t think this would happen again. I’m also a huge believer that random and loud accusations are almost always admissions in disguise. I think they stole the shit out of the election like they claimed the democrats did so many times. Combined with the amount of people who just didn’t care enough to vote… Regardless, the perfect storm of stupidity had to exist and yeah… it’s honestly super depressing… like I have no idea how to move forward from this at all.
