I don't know why you're getting down voted. Legally, he can only be there for a limited time, and when Doge was announced they said it was temporary. 

Does anyone believe Congress is actually going to pass legislation to hold the administration accountable?

I don't seem to have any down votes but I'm plesently surprised. The "Orange man bad and anything not portraying Elon as a Nazi who is ruling through his Trump puppet" ideals normally displayed on Reddit should be very in arms against me.
