Help Finding A Logo Making Tool

I'm trying to make some name logos (just for practice right now) and I'm wondering if there's a tool online to help create them in this style. I can't find one and there may not be one but I thought I'd check here before giving up. I just wanted to see some of the different ways a premade program designed the layout of the letters since I have seen many ways to put the same letter into different designs. (Hopefully that makes sense, I'm struggling to articulate my thoughts). Any help is appreciated, thank you all! :)
