Aircooled Deutz engine, you cam see the inlet of the fan in the upper right corner of the engine.

This one is made by Tatra. T930 I think.

I think you're right. The rear axle would also fit for a Tatra chassis.

What kind of axle pivots from the pumpkin? Is it basically independent suspension in the rear? Very strange axle but very interesting as well.
