It's because today's generation can't count money. I wsnt to Chik-fil-a yesterday and gave them the change which was .64 cents in the form of a quarter and 4 dimes and she said "this is 65 right?"
What news do you have? I clearly gave her 65 cents and she was unable to count that. I didn't give her 64 if that's what you are meaning and I didn't imply that.
Okay since you are clearly dense I will explain it to you. The change I gave her to cover the tax amount totaled 65 cents meaning I would get back a penny. I did not state that I gave her EXACT change. She was incapeable of counting the change given to her hence my comment. I am well aware as most people would be that a penny would be due back. Is this easier for you to comprehend?
