If that's too much then don't buy the games.

I don't see how this is becoming such a big issue. Nobody needs to defend Nintendo, because they haven't done anything wrong.

This isn't some sort of mandatory video game tax. You can just buy games from someone else. Steam is flooded with so many amazing £10/£20 games that it's impossible to play them all. If mario kart is too expensive, then there are other games to buy and play.

I prefer that we not buy them AND be extremely vocal about why, so that they don't mistakenly assume there are other factors at play. Crazy, I know.

But people will still buy them. I don't see a future where Nintendo drops the price of games, because people that like Nintendo games are generally willing to pay whatever they need to.

Hell, people have been moaning about Pokémon games for decades now, but nothing ever changes, because people still buy the games again and again knowing that there'll be no significant updates to the formula.

Yes Im sure literal PhD economists Nintendo employs are too dumb to figure this out without random reddit posters lol

And you don't think that customer sentiment builds into decision making processes at all? Interesting.

Yeah man market research heavily weights comments on reddit. There is no higher signal of quality data than random reddit posts that totally doesn’t have a bot problem.

Sorry, when did I say to only be vocal on reddit?
