Cop still drives into oncoming traffic when there was an open lane on his left. Yeah they SHOULD move over, but because they didn’t that doesn’t mean drive into oncoming traffic.

They very much can when they're siren is ringing. Sounds like you are too stubborn to move. All traffic should be moving to the right lane on their respective sides.

Just because they “can” doesn’t mean they should. The people that don’t move over are idiots, but that doesn’t mean be the bigger idiot and drive into oncoming traffic.

The police car came to a complete stop, the car then continued at a relatively low speed and failed to stop while having plenty of room to do so. How is that any different than a car in their direction of travel coming to a stop in front of them? If the cop car was still moving I would agree with you, in this case the car is 100% at fault.
