On an app whose primary source of revenue is ADVERTISING, he has decided to limit people’s use unless they pay a fee?

In an era when people pay fees to SKIP ads…he’s doing…the opposite?

He isn't doing it as part of some plan. He is doing it because they have lost billions in revenue from all of the huge advertisers that pulled the plug on running ads on a platform full of bots and hate. He literally has no other choice.

I'm sure the egotistical, filthy rich, power-hungry asswipe did lose lots of money. However, I still believe it's part of a plan. A plan to silence the voices of those who oppose what is going on in this country. If those people are allowed to join together, they might rise up in defiance & revolt.
