It's a speak-to-type app on his phone. The only reason it's taking so long is because his dentures don't fit properly and he makes an awful mush of most of his consonants. Turns into one big vowel movement.

People do this all the time where I am. They think it’s perfectly fine to double park in one way traffic or in red zones that are there because it’s too narrow to park, just because they put their hazard lights on.
