The city has some fault for this too. They need to extend that sidewalk or put up something so parking wouldn’t be possible in that corner.

Remove the street parking entirely and give the team its own right of way.

But seriously, look at the other cars. This guy is an asshole, he’s like 2ft off the curb and crooked.
