I eat a lot of mandarins (and a few penises) and it's amazing how often they peel like this.

I jam my finger down the bottom hole and pull down all the way around and then the two sides come right off. Effective and efficient

I purposely peel them like this so I can set the peel up to surprise someone with an orange rind penis
