Granted. You are transported back to 1976 and given the first video game cartridge

Granted. You have a disc that contains nothing but awful mobile games. Every other game ever made was deleted in a freak electromagnetic storm that wiped the data on every hard drive, cartridge and disc except for the one you have.
You are now in possession of a single disc that contains every video game that currently exists.

Question stands. Is GTA 6 there?

You are now in possession of a disk with every video game ever released or will ever release. It's a shame it takes up infinite storage space. No computer will ever be able to install the games

Granted. However its one of those discs that instead of being able to play from the start: requires it all to be downloaded via the disc instead.
You do not have enough space.

Granted. Every game installer is on the disk, and requires DLC to play. There is also unbreakable DRM, no key, and it is in a format that no system can access

Granted. It's just a really big external hard-drive filled with ISOs and roms
Also Nintendo is calling you for something

Granted. I hope you have good lawyers for when Nintendo’s legal department comes knocking on your door

Granted.
Nintendo levies a charge of Piracy at you for every ROM from every one of their systems on the cartridge.

Granted, it is as expensive as the cost of every video game combined

I wished for it outright, not being able to buy it, plus with how expensive you made it i can sell it for 1 morbillion dollars

You didn’t wish to possess it though. You only wished that every video game is on one cartridge

Granted. E.T., a game based off of a Universal Pictures movie of the same name, rests in its original cartridge form on the ground in front of you. Suddenly, every video game that has ever been made begins to stack on top of the cartridge, until eventually every video game is on one Universal cartridge.
