No clue why you got downvoted. This is the equivalent of those tiktok/twitter OF bots. They comment based on the caption. It absolutely is a bot, without a doubt.

Good question to be honest. It could also be viewing the video to create the comment, or the other comments as well. Iā€™m not entirely sure. The same thing happens on TikToks though - with the emojis, I mean.

The Profile seems to be an only fans and, so does that person hire bots, or is the entire OF page bots? Bots all the way down?

Yes most likely the person who owns the OF account is not the one making comments/posts.
