The Germans really dominated that genre of music in the 80s/90s.

At that time, we had not yet come to terms with the defeat in World War II and wanted to punish the world in the only way we had left. /s

I heard Nazism is back in vogue, not in Germany but everywhere else.

Unfortunately also in Germany. The only small advantage we may have over the rest of the world is that we have established a few specific systematic processes to slow it down - whether these will be sufficient and sufficiently supported by the majority of the population remains to be seen.

Yes, I'm aware. I read that the security services are deeply infiltrated. I was going by the fact that at least you can arrest someone doing the "Roman Salute" and having Nazi paraphernalia, however effective they are.
