I intend to use this image but scalable so that it will fit on our vehicle. As such currently the edges and imperfections would show. Please can someone polish it up? Turning it into a vector with nice clean edges? Ideally I'd like the curves (example on the top of the Q & D) to be of the same angle, yknow just make it neat and clean.

i took these pics of some people backstage for a school event (it ws for practice, i have 0 photography experience im surprised the pics were even caught) but they turned out so bad n i ws hoping to get them brighter so u could actlly see them??? any help would be greatly appreciatedd as these were the only pics i got backstage to begin with, thank you soo much to anyone who helps!!
