Considering how much agriculture and manufacturing actually come out of California, this would have a substantial impact on the rest of the US. The California gdp is as much as in the top 5 gdp's in the world.

For province names, Washington and Oregon would become Cascadia, and California can either remain California or become Pacifica.

Let's not forget New England and what that contains.

I find it amusing how oblivious the rural Americans are to the fact that the "Ultra Leftists" are keeping the entire country afloat, more so than the perpetually blind 1%.
