It’s pretty much the plot of Civil War (2024), a president who tries to steal a third term and California and Texas among others rebel

Texas would be lining up to lick the orange emperors tiny boots. The only way they're rebelling is if someone tries to pass universal healthcare for children with cancer or the like.
