Yes, but given that Russia is already under sanctions, it kinda doesn't make sense to tariff what is already kind of illegal to buy in the first place

Iran yes, I don't think we have sanctions on the new government in Syria

Sanctions are still in place. There has been some temporary easing on some in the past.
