In response, White House spokesperson Kush Desai told Fox News: "Gavin Newsom should focus on out-of-control homelessness, crime, regulations, and unaffordability in California instead of trying his hand at international dealmaking."

Seems like that's exactly what he's doing by trying to circumvent inflation.

Those are also all national issues. Maybe Trump should focus on fixing homelessness, crime, over regulation, and unaffordability. All he's done is worsen them
