Everyone aren't billionaires. i.e., he's not losing the right people's money. If the market tanks the only people losing money are the ones that have it locked up in 401Ks that have been instructed to sit and watch as it steadily falls every day this bullshit continues.

Warren Buffett sold his entire SPY holdings in Q4 of last year. The truly wealthy are sitting in oodles of cash on the sidelines, salivating as the stock prices drop and the bubble deflates and the PE ratios rationalize once again. Waiting for the bargains.
