Trump should be impeached.

If the Dems win back majorities in the midterms, Trump can be impeached AND removed from office.

Time to start working on midterms now.

We’ve tried that twice now and the spineless Rs wouldn’t go against their orange traitor!

Removal from office requires a two-thirds supermajority in the Senate.

Then we change the rules. They can do it, we can too.

That would require a constitutional amendment.

Only if you follow the law! The republicans aren’t…

If we don't amend the Constitution, Trump will say his removal is illegitimate and just not leave.

They'd need a supermajority, not just a simple majority, if enough Republicans in the Senate don't turn against him. That's what happened last time; he was impeached in the House but Senate refused to convict and remove him. Not going to happen as things stand now, but who knows what hellhole we'll be in by 2026?

He can't be removed from office unless the Dems get 60 seats in the Senate. Even if a GOP senator wanted to get rid of Trump, they can't go against him unless they want to commit political suicide.

The GOP knows this, so don't expect a fair election.

That hasn’t worked. There’s always 2A to hope for.

This is what it’s meant for, but I seriously doubt anything will come of it.

this is another impeachable offense, and we're not even 60 days in.
