Both are correct... FEV were used in the research to create synths. But it's also correct that nowhere does it say FEV was used in the PRODUCTION of those synths...

But, OP... Discussion about super mutants? Synths and super mutants are completely different things.

doesn't matter, emils a shit writer and trying to get a consistent plot detail from him is like sorting qybs or clevercombacks by best and expecting any post you see to be relevant to the sub
