I currently have something that feels like a cold but has a lot of congestion and a moderate cough. The pollen isn’t helping but I was wondering if anyone knew anything about this mysterious sickness? It’s not COVID btw.

Hi all,
I was recently laid off due to cuts in federal spending and have begun the job search in my field, applied research. However, the market is saturated right now. No surprise giving all the changes in federal funding.
I am in my mid-40s, in good shape, and am open to taking on any part-time, temporary work in the local area that involve administrative tasks, project management tasks, data entry, light labor, day jobs, driving/personal errands, care giving, etc.
I have professional references and live in 27612. Does anyone need any assistance? Happy to help!

Please use the link attached to confirm that your vote in the November 2024 State Supreme court election is counted. Over 6,000 of the names are in Wake County alone. Do not let your votes be thrown away!!!

I wanted to start playing volleyball and I was wondering if there are any open gym or pickup recommendations for a beginner.

I am wondering if anybody has booked at the Bradford Or Pinehill pavilion and could tell me an estimate of how much they spent? I really like the Bradford but I'm not a fan of the required (specific catered and planners) list only because I'm not sure of their costs.

I have a ton of stuffed animals in good condition to donate. Does anyone have suggestions, other than the usual suspects (Goodwill, Salvation Army)?

I thought it was just the pond behind our home, but after hiking today I realized that many bodies of water are giving off a truly horrific stench. What is it?

Did the massage place in the Crabtree mall close down? I went yesterday and curtains were up around 4:30.

Weird question, but my roommate's step-dad swears to god there was a Jack in The Box right next to where he lived in Cary. He says he remembers going there all the time and being upset it was closing. Was there acrually a Jack in the Box in Cary at one time or is he just completely confusing them for another restaurant that closed? Thanks
