r/darkskinhentai has been inactive and abandoned for a long time, id like to bring it back

I don’t know why this community was banned, people seem to miss it! I’d like to bring it back.

The subreddit and it's moderater are both inactive.

I would like to take over this sub and make it more active and moderate it.

Been abandoned for 3 years or so and I would like to get it going again.

Requesting r/DurhamCollegeWhitby.

The sole moderator only has 1 post karma and 2 comment karma and has not posted in the sub at all with only 2 comments on reddit. The current and only mod does not meet the requirements to be a moderator.

I can attempt to reach out to the mod but it would appear that the mod is an unmonitored placeholder account.

The community is not banned but it has been inactive for about 6 years. The moderator inactive for 2 years. I am a Baha'i and moderate other Baha'i subs, which are active and are respectful of Reddit rules. I would like the opportunity to try to restore this community.

Sub I made, mod that took over broke rule 2 by not messaging me to inform me of there interest in joining as a moderator and instead came here to take it. It is also now unmoderated in my absence.

1. Reasons: I am a lifelong miniaturist. I have 6 dollhouses currently! I really enjoy the r/dollhouses sub. It's a really large sub with only one mod who does not participate in the sub. I have tried to contact the r/dollhouses mod to add me through mod mail and chat. She has never replied. I'd like to make a Dollhouse FAQ, pin new posts regularly, add a banner and logo, etc. I've been a mod of various subs for 4 years, I've got graphic design skills, and I know Reddit markdown.
