my coworkers still show up sick and it's infuriating. i've had COVID, the flu, and two colds since like November. had two employees here yesterday with stomach flu until they were told to leave

That is a great step forward! But does Washington still have subminimum wage? If so that doesn't really help if you are being compensated 2.13/hr and relying on tips

No. Washington does not use tip credits. Full minimum wage and afaik among the highest minimum wages in the country.
