Restaurant managers can help reduce practices that contribute to outbreaks.

Americans, on the other hand, can also help reduce practices that contribute to outbreaks. Like workers not getting sick leave.

Americans could vote for manditory sick-leave allowances for all workers and help to fix this problem.

This is hilarious. This will never end up on a ballot if the rich in this country have their way. They are lobbied by interest groups to not provide anything but the for-profit healthcare system we have now. Even when we do have mandatory sick time, employers will cut your hours and/or pressure you to come in because "your making everything worse for your co workers" This is an American Attitude problem. It is in our culture to put profit over people so unless there is somehow a cultural shift to caring about everyone and their well-being, we're going to keep chewing people up and spitting them out until there are no more of us left. Especially with the new regime we have in office
