Hello ive been desperately trying to get the emulation working having tried multiple versions of shad ps4.

I managed to get a pretty stable game with 60 fps 720p ( r5 7600 and rx6600 16gb ddr5) with some crashes here and there but over all its fine. Ever since yesterday the game locked itself to 30 fps for some reason only when im in the game. I tab out and it goes back to 60 with normal frame times. I dont mind the 30 fps but 33ms frame times is almost unplayable. I have a few mods installed like no cloth etc but they were never a problem before. If anyone could give some tips to solve this would be amazing. Ive gotten to the forbidden forrest so far and it seems like bb is becoming my favorite game. Thanks Everyone!! (im using 0.7 version)

I have a strange visual bug, if i enable 4K and load the game, the game world looks pinkish, some random textures float in the sky, some objects have no textures at all and appear as texturless models

1440p works fine.

Game speed is fine in both 4K and 1440p 60fps patched, but the graphics.

Any ideas?

I had version 0.6.1 here and was opening other games (like gravity rush), but after updating to version 0.7.1, it stopped opening any game, except Bloodborne, Bloodborne still opens, I downloaded 0.6.1 again to test, and it worked, strange

hi every one i have 2 problems

1. when i try to launch bloodborne shadps4 itself crashes and it closes itself .
2. when the game launches (i did not change anything) when i press start game it goes to the loading screen then freezes and then crashes .

if any one knows a solution or anything that can help pls i just want to play .

specs: rtx 3050ti,16gb ram, Amd Ryzen 6800hs

patches: skip intro, disable chromatic aberration , disable motion blur , disable depth of field , 60 fps ,disable vsync, 720p

Hello, I am trying to set up Shadps4 to work with bloodborne. I am using shad version 0.7.0. My controller works in game except for my left stick, dpad works for menu movement but that is quite janky to use ingame. If I try to use keyboard, all keys except for w a s and d work. Again, arrow keys work for movement but that is quite janky. I have tried steam controller support and launching through Steam big picture mode, as one previous thread like this had suggested, and there is no change. Any suggestions on making this work on either controller or keyboard? Thanks.

I wanna do another seed run, I haven't done a full seed run since version 0.5.1, I've tried some of the recent builds Official and diegos. Both the official 0.7.0 and 0.7.1 versions crash a lot (I expect the rando to crash its just the nature of the mod, but not to the point of it not being able to leave the first zone, for reference my 0.5.1 run crashed 3 times total and I went through the entire base game and DLC)

The files I have are from my own PS4 both the dump and the system files

- Fresh Install
- Mods installed through Mod organizer 2 so it keeps the game files clean.

[Mod setup]
- Vertex Explosion fix
- 4K UI
- Randomizer Config (untouched rando files that are not properly installed into dvdroot see below, just so I can run the configurator app through MO2)
- Randomizer Data (Symlinks to the files in the config that go into dvdroot files from Rando config )

[Patches]
- Skip Intro
- Disable Motion Blur
- Disable DOF
- 60 FPS
-Disable HTTP Requests
- Disable VSync (vblank is also set to 2 in the settings)
- Resolution Patch (2560x1080) (lowest 21:9 resolution to still fit on my monitor)

[PC Specs]
CPU: Ryzen 9 9950X
GPU: RTX 4080 Super
RAM: 64 GB DDR5 @ 6000 MT/s
STORAGE: 6 TB NVME

GPU Drivers are 1 version behind cuz I read the new ones cause black screens but that may be for RTX 5000 series cant remember.
GPU is also set to the 4080 in the emu settings since the cpu has integrated graphics too.

I've tried to generate multiple seeds and they all crash in the first zone, cant even get out of the clinic.
Any Ideas?

I use shadps5 0.4.0 with bloodborne and i just started the dlc. Everytime i get Ludwig the first boss of the dlc to half hp a cutscene should play,but it just shows a black screen and freezes,the music is still on in the background but nothing is happening. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this?

Update: I am now using the 30fps patch but it still doesnt work.

Does Enable Auto Backups create backups of your saved file? and if it does, why is that option located in the Graphics tab? shouldn't that option be located somewhere else?

I want to play Bloodborne and can't solve this problem for 4 days now. The version I'm using is 0.7.0 Diegolix branch. I tried some suggestions of other people but none of them worked: 1. Deleting and reinstalling Visual C++
2. Deleting user folder and copying what in it into saved data folder
3. Reinstalling the PKG
My specs are:
RTX 2060 super
Intel Core 17-10700K
32GB VRAM
Mods i used:
Vertex explosion fix
SFXR 60fps Cutscene Fix For Various bosses
Jump on L3

Just installed all the .pkg files onto the emulator but as soon as I try to run the game it just closes instantly and won't run. I'm on 0.6.0 cus that's the most recent one that still allows you to install the .pkg files and I wanted to be safe and make sure I had all the files I needed before I updated it

Do I just need to update my emulator to v7 or do I need a new pkg file. I Also tried repairing my vc++ and that didn't work either.

Edit: for anyone seeing this later on I fixed it, I just needed a different .pkg file as there must have been something wrong with the one I was using. Thanks everyone for the help

while fighting the boss it lunged and i dodged then it instantly died going from 80 to 0 in a second and flashing my characters status bars on the screen (frenzy poison etc)

Hi there! I recently uninstalled a game, and even though I should have 300 GB free after the uninstallation, it only shows 214 GB free.

As of the latest version, is the diegolix29 build still considered the best one to play Bloodborne? I know it was the best one month ago, but what about now? is this still the case?

i have the emulator version 0.7.0 , and the game file is CUSA01623. the game starts but audio is not working. but audio works in the menu screen

Well, the title basically says everything, I'm running the nightly build(not diegolix, 0.7.1), I have Windows 11, Ryzen 7 5800x, RTX 4070s. Any help would be appreciated.

The thing is i use the latest nightly build of diegolix29 shadps4 for bloodborne and with the necessary mods I got a gaming laptop Intel core i5 11400H processor Rtx 3050 laptop gpu 512 gb ssd and 16 gb ram But This piece of crap laptop struggles to run Bloodborne 720@30 fps for more than 45 seconds Its like i am playing a demo Man i hate this can someone help me out

Hello all, this is my first reddit post in I don't even know how long, so please bear with my post formatting.

I'm reporting a glitch that's rather upsetting, since this is my main build for BB. In this video, you can see that the moonlight rays emit from seemingly the tip of the blade. This is causing lots of issues, the main one being that the charged attack simply doesn't shoot the projectile successfully, as it just explodes at the ground in front of me.

Using BB Launcher 8.2
ShadPS4 v0.7.0

Intel i9-14900k
GEFORCE RTX 4070

If this is happening to anyone else, comment and let me know. I hope there's a fix for this.
If you need any more information about what software/hardware I'm using, please ask.

PS3 emulator had it, and i could play Demon's Souls online, which was great. Is there a plan to make it work for ShadPS4?

Please help, the "Install packages (PKG)" option is missing on my file tab. What to do? I reinstalled, change directory install locations, tried different shadps4, also made sure that this is the QT version,, but still the install packages option is nowhere to be find T_T
