Just bought her, biggest ghost shrimp I've ever seen and she has brood, but she has a white substance in her body and I think it's a worm? How should I proceed?

Hello this was mistakenly added to my purchase of blue shrimp. Is it a regressed to wild type? Or spme kind of yellow? They had sunkist in the tank but doesnt look like one.

Has like a yellowy/green body and a yellow stripe on the back.

I think the time is coming soon for me to get some shrimp eggs. Is there anything I can to do improve the chances some of these survive infancy?
