CUSTOM CONTENT Is this a balanced boss relic?

It can be strong if 3 out of 60 cards synergizes. But you can be unlucky with the randomly generated 60 cards and find minimal synergy. Prismatic shard is also a double edged sword. Trying to make this a balanced boss relic. What do you think?

Pick 1 of 20, three times would probably be better - 3 out of 60 is gonna be a LOT of book keeping

This makes me wonder if library event cards are from all classes if you have shard

Prob not, cuz shard specifies ‘combat rewards.’ Shops don’t count and probably not events either.
