CUSTOM CONTENT Is this a balanced boss relic?

It can be strong if 3 out of 60 cards synergizes. But you can be unlucky with the randomly generated 60 cards and find minimal synergy. Prismatic shard is also a double edged sword. Trying to make this a balanced boss relic. What do you think?

Yeah, when I think about it, Dual Weild is literally just Nightmare this turn, but it costs less and can't make skills

A bit awkward especially when you're giving up a boss relic so it's harder to get to 4+ energy.
