Oh don't you've just reminded me of my ex who: 

Had the free consultation with 6 therapists and in our final break up row tried to say he'd 'been to therapy'. I knew he hadn't and asked for the specifics of this extraordinary claim. He genuinely needed it pointing out that 10 minutes with 6 different therapists does not add up to a therapy session.
