Hopefully never, since it has over a decades worth of citations?

The fact that everyone let the nazis have the website uncontested is bad enough. Banning sources and citations would be like the deletion of megaupload. Unfathomable amounts of information would eventually become lost.

Parts of reddit already do block X links. It's only a matter of time until it is site wide.
