I’m getting better at not seeing it, but yes. I am having a not great year so far, and toxic positivity makes me angry in the best of times.

I feel you and have been there a lot myself. I hope life blesses you with a bit of improvement in the next little while.

Toxic positivity does no good. Take it from my psychology professor and feel all you feel so that you get that cathartic release. Helps more than holding it in.
