Advice to Others Uncle Ben brans substitute

I’m seeing posts and comments that uncle Ben’s doesn’t work like it used to. What’s a better alternative?

I bought the value brand from Walmart yesterday, too. But a couple of those bags already look like some of the pics I’ve seen on here where there is contamination in the bag 😂

This is a GV bag on day 10 since inoculation with LC, I’d posted this recently because I was wondering if colonization time correlates to quality. Another thing I noticed but could be wrong is that it’s better to use LC with the rice bags than spores.

That looks beautiful. I’m planning to inoculate tomorrow, also with LC. What strain are you growing?

This hobby is such a rabbit hole lol, I’m also trying the Capri Sun tek and planning to do spore prints if I make it that far.

LOL. I’m already thinking down the road to wanting to get a pressure cooker and thinking about cloning. And I haven’t grown shit yet.

Lol yea it’s the whole process of watching their lifespan and controlling it that’s so relaxing and satisfying. I see why people become so dedicated
