Food Vegan meals

I have been making my gf vegan version of meals I’d usually eat since vegans have limited options on the menu when we go out to eat and today I made her vegan “chicken” tikka masala and vegan naan all from scratch and she loved it. She’s never had it since she went vegan. If anyone wants cooking/baking recipes for vegan meals let me know and I’ll gladly help

That's so awesome of you to go the extra mile for your girlfriend. Vegan "chicken" tikka masala and homemade naan are quite a feat. If you're looking for more recipe ideas or want to explore different options, I've been using Gusteau recipes and it's been really helpful in finding inspiration - the diet and nutrition filters are super useful for vegan and other special diets. Disclaimer, I built it :)

Oh that’s lovely! That’ll basically give me an idea of what meal I wanna make from scratch for her if/when I run out of ideas. Thank you!! Is there a website or app for this?

OP this is a very kind offer but this is more a sub about veganism and vegan ethics than food. Unless you want to discuss either of those I might go over to r/veganrecipes

I'm pretty sure I'm going to marry a cook hobbyist (not a chef).

I hate cooking

80% of my problems would be solved if someone just made 2 out of my 3 meals each day.

You sound just like my gf. Lucky for her I cook as my hobby so I make any and everything for her. I just make vegan cinnamon challah bread that I just took out the oven just 5 mins ago

Surprise no one said it, but at this point your activism might as well just lead to you being vegan as well. If you're cooking plant-based food for her then might as well do it for yourself too and save a lot of trouble:)

I actually do lol. I eat plant based meals now with her and just add meat if I’m feeling like it that day but plant based meals is what I eat now haha. She got me

Well this sounds super easy then, literally just stop adding meat!
