I've been diagnosed for well over 20 years and this hits it on the nose.

Ditto. I've yet to hear such a clear and succinct description of what it's like to have ADHD. I was diagnosed back in the early 90s and while I can cope so much better with my symptoms than I could growing up, my difficulty with intention is by far the number one thing holding me back from greater personal success.

No you're just lazy and obviously like to fail at things repeatedly.

Yes I'm being sarcastic.

I've been diagnosed for 25 years and this doesn't describe me at all.

Are you considered ADHD inattentive or ADHD hyperactive impulse?

I'm not the guy you replied to, but I've been diagnosed for about 15 years and feel the same way, the guy basically described me perfectly. I was medicated for a few months and never felt like it helped me enough to put up with the dreary vibe I felt as a side affect so I just decided to deal with it and try to keep my life in line as best I can without medication.

I don't think the route i chose is the best for everyone but it works well enough for me, for now at least.

Yup, whenever I was trying g to be productive at school/work at least.

When I first started taking it I had straight F's and then had straight A's immediately after. Was like night and day.

I haven't noticed any long term effects, but I def have that zombie in emotional feeling when on it. My gf hates when I'm on it but has learned the difference between how I actually feel and how I act when on adderall haha.

Weed has always been my downer to being me back from adderall.
