Edit: I have ADD and I was referencing people who make up excuses as solutions to their problems. I'm not saying people with ADD are lazy.

I alyways have to explain my humour to reddit... Do people not understand jokes anymore or do people just get offended by everything.

You're not understanding him. That's not at all what he's implying. He's saying people always falsely diagnose themselves with ADD/ADHD to excuse their laziness. This makes folks with legitimate ADD/ADHD look bad.
