Yup. That's why a lot of my comments, emails or texts I try and break up with lots of spaces.

Like this.

To try and separate ideas.

Ya my friend with ADHD often texts me in 3 message bursts and then nothing for the next 3 days.

Jarring at first but I got used to it.
